Inspired by the noble class not through transportation, but through their games.
Chess became the focus-six distinct pieces, each with its own role and rank.
Instead of the typical checkerboard, I explored chess through monochrome tones. The mood captures quiet tension between hierarchy and order, shaped by minimalist aesthetics.
Drawing from the linear movements and sculptural curves of chess, the design explores a balance between sharp structure and organic form.
Silhouettes are shaped with tension and ease— mirroring the quiet duality of black and white.
Pawn
A large slouchy tote inspired by the inverted silhouette of the pawn.
A wall is inserted at the center of the inside part of bag, so that could make curve shape nicely on the middle.
Finished with a Coach horse and carriage hangtag.
Rook
A slouch carryall featuring an O-shaped handle, reinterpreted from the Coach Rae Tote.
The top silhouette echoes the shape of a castle tower, inspired by the Rook.
Knight
A semi-structure shoulder bag with an asymmetrical, geometric form.
The silhouette draws from a horse’s head, viewed at a tilted quarter angle.
Bishop
A large slouchy hobo bag inspired by the curved geometry of a bishop’s hat.
The sleek S-line silhouette brings a modern, sculpture feel to the collection.
KQ
The signature top-handle bag, defined by a structured trapezoid form and silver Coach turn-lock closure.
It brings together elements from the collection—twisted handle from the Ragbag and refined, continuous lines.
+Card holder
The card holder can be used on it’d own or clipped inside any bag in the collection.
Designed with a strap that wraps around the hand for ease and Freedom of movement.
The first material of the Nobility collection is suede leather, chosen for its soft, luxurious touch.
Its natural slouch complements the relaxed structure of each bag..
The next material is patent leather, selected for its high-gloss finish and bold presence.
Its polished surface adds structure and a striking contrast—echoing the sharp visual language of chess.
Two-tone leather brings a fresh, modern edge to the collection.
It maintains a minimalist feel while pairing complementary colors for subtle contrast.
